Beautiful PRIVATE 2/2 waterfront condo located a short walk from the beach! Enjoy intracostal views from the unit, located on the 1st floor. Minutes to shopping, and restaurants. 20 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 45 minutes to Miami. Pack n play, beach chairs, and towels included. Minimum age to book is 25. No parties, No Smoking.

The Space

This space is perfect for families, groups of friends traveling together, or couples. Our street dead ends to the intracoastal waterway. Public beach access is only a few short blocks away! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo will sleep 6 adults or children, plus a pack n play for a baby! There is a pull out couch in the living room in addition to a king size bed in each bedroom.

Master bedroom includes, a king bed, full bath, smart tv, and private balcony overlooking a serene waterfront canal.

Guest bedroom has a king size bed, smart tv, pack n play, and full bath is located just outside this bedroom.

For families with small children: in addition to the pack n play, we have toys, games, beach toys, and coloring books with crayons to help make our littlest guest more comfortable.

In the living room there is a pull out couch where you can watch your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat screen. In the kitchen, you will find every you need to make a gourmet meal, or you may cook-out on the private deck with our grill. We have some of the best local restaurants just minutes away! Watch the sunset and boats by from our private deck and balcony all with comfortable seating area.

Guest access

Guests have access to the outdoor deck behind the master bedroom. This is a perfect spot to enjoy lunch and watch the boats sail by.

Please note that there are cameras on the outside of the property. Located in the front and back of the building.
